The EU CBRN Centers of Excellence Initiative

EU CBRN Risk Mitigation Centers of Excellence project, launched in 2010, is an initiative of the European Union. It is implemented jointly by the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) and the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI). It is a response to the need to strengthen the institutional capacity of countries outside the European Union to mitigate CBRN risks.
